Your purchase grants full access to venezia.app for one year from the date of purchase. You may update your trip details at any time to receive new recommendations for future visits within that period.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Each purchase is tied to a single account. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.
The current price is €6.99, payable as a one-time purchase via Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases but will not affect existing access.
Sensa provides helpful information based on your trip context and local knowledge, but it is not infallible. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as informed suggestions, not guarantees. We do not accept liability for decisions made based on AI responses. Always verify critical information (transport schedules, emergency services, medical advice) through official sources.
venezia.app provides live tide levels, weather conditions, and entry fee calendar information sourced from third-party providers. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee real-time precision. For critical decisions related to acqua alta or severe weather, consult official sources including the Centro Previsioni e Segnalazioni Maree.
If you are not satisfied with venezia.app, contact hello@venezia.app within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve your concern or provide a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. We handle each case individually and in good faith.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by proceeding with your purchase and accessing the product immediately, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period. This does not affect your satisfaction guarantee above.
All content within venezia.app — including recommendations, descriptions, tips, and curated data — is original work. You may use this content for your personal travel planning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from venezia.app without written permission.
